- a large size woman (little exercise), who wants to maintain weight.
- a small size man (little exercise), who wants to maintain weight.

A Balanced 1800 Calorie Diet Plan
For a balanced eating plan, choose this many servings from these food groups to have about 1,800 calories a day:

- 8 starches/bread group servings
- 2/3 milk and yogurt servings
- 5 vegetable servings
- About 200 - 230 gr (7-8 oz) of meat or meat substitute
- 4 fruit servings
- Fats, oils, sweets: use very sparingly
